These Terms of Service govern your use of the games and related services provided by Angry Redhead Digital LLC, including TOK-N-SNATCH and our other Angry Redhead mini-games.

By using these games and services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Game Use

Angry Redhead Digital LLC provides games for entertainment. Features vary by game and may include scores, leaderboards, saved progress, and collectible in-game items.

In TOK-N-SNATCH, players catch falling collectibles, avoid hazards, and earn beans through gameplay to unlock player skins. These beans and collectibles are in-game items only and cannot be redeemed for cash or cryptocurrency. Images of memecoins in this game are gameplay artwork; collecting them does not transfer ownership of cryptocurrency.

Other Angry Redhead mini-games may use Credits or Angry BUX under their own game-specific rules. Features and rewards available in one game do not automatically apply to another.

2. Player Accounts and Progress

Certain features may require a username or player identifier. Players are responsible for using our games and services lawfully and appropriately.

Depending on the game, saved information may include scores, level progress, checkpoints, beans, unlocked skins, Credits, Angry BUX, and leaderboard positions.

Some progress is stored on your device or browser. Clearing its data, changing devices, or reinstalling a game may cause that progress to be lost. Progress may not transfer between devices, browsers, platforms, or game versions.

Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled.

3. Leaderboards and Fair Play

Games, including TOK-N-SNATCH, may include scores and leaderboard competition. Submitted usernames and scores may be publicly displayed.

Players must not use cheats, exploits, automated tools, manipulated submissions, or other unfair methods to gain an advantage.

We may review, correct, or remove invalid scores and restrict access when necessary to address cheating or abuse.

Leaderboard positions can change as other players submit scores. Competition leaderboards may be reset between events. A leaderboard position alone does not create an entitlement to a prize or payment; any separately offered competition is subject to its published rules.

4. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue game features or services.

We do not guarantee that every game, feature, score, balance, or progression system will remain available indefinitely. Updates, maintenance, technical problems, and corrections may affect saved progress or leaderboard results.

5. Intellectual Property

Our games and their original characters, artwork, graphics, game design, text, logos, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Angry Redhead Digital LLC unless otherwise stated. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use protected game content without permission, except as permitted by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt our games or their systems.

• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or game data.

• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.

• Submit abusive, unlawful, or impersonating usernames or other content.

• Use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

7. Disclaimers

Our games and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free gameplay, preservation of scores or progress, or compatibility with every device.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Angry Redhead Digital LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our games and services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms as our games and services change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for changes.
